The rating breakdown
Google shows 7 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 5 | 71.4% | |
| 4 star | 2 | 28.6% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 5 four and five star reviews we have read for U-Pack. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
We got a great price from U-Pack and was given a bit of leeway with our delivery date for our trailer. At first they told us no later than Mar. 5th would we have to pick it up, but the website said we had another 9 days and could unload by …
Excellent experience moving household belongings from Nevada to Kentucky. Best rates, easiest drop off and delivery, excellent communication. Recommended and would use again.
Thank you for trusting us with your move to Kentucky, A.G.! We're glad we were priced right, and we wish you all the best as you settle into your new home.
Before we moved I dreamed of a company that would offer space on a truck to move items that we could pack ourselves. After an Internet search, there it was. It was by far the most convenient and cost saving option out there.
First rate with honesty and integrity along with being trustworthy... is a hard trait to find in a company these days. U-Pack is one of these companies. Great experience. Will always use U-Pack.
We're glad you had a great experience, Debbie! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for sharing your experience!
