The rating breakdown
1 of the 29 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for U-Pack are one or two star.
Worked out from 29 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Columbia
About the same as the middle of the 21 listings in Columbia we can publish a rate for.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Our family just used U-Pack for our cross country move from OK to SC. It was convenient and reliable! From the start, you speak with a real representative and making a reservation was quick, easy, and free. The drivers at origin and destination for delivery and pick up were knowledgeable and friendly. Customer service is everything these days and when it’s matched with reliable and quality service then you will have repeat customers. I will recommend u-pack to everyone now!
Thank you for choosing us for your move to South Carolina, Samantha! We're glad we were an excellent fit for your needs, and we hope your family enjoys your new home.
Great experience dealing with the company with our move from Spokane Washington to Columbia South Carolina. They got the Cube there on time as they said, and coordinated the drop-off and pick-up wonderfully. We couldn't ask for any better service, or find a better price! Staff was great, professional, and personal too. We would recommend the company, and use them again.
Thank you for choosing us for your move to South Carolina, Henry! We're glad we were a great fit for your needs, and we hope you enjoy your new home.
U Pack was amazing from start to finish. We moved 2700 miles and U pack made the move easy. They had Old Dominion drop off the trailer.... best trailer I've seen, along with super friendly drivers. The trailer was easy to pack and the platform system was a life saver. They text me every step of the way, letting me know the progress of the trailer. The trailer arrived earlier than expected, but they held it for me until we found storage.
I had a great experience with u-pack. We moved from S.C. to the upper Midwest in February. The rates were great. The customer service was great. The car shipper and moving company they contracted with were great. The drivers were great. They even dropped off the trailer at my destination a day early per my request. I hope to never move again, but I will definitely use u-pack again if I do.
