The rating breakdown
1 of the 30 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for U-Pack are one or two star.
Worked out from 30 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Decatur
2.4 percentage points lower than the middle of the 9 listings in Decatur we can publish a rate for.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
We have just completed a cross country move using U-PACK. We could not be anymore grateful, thankful, or Happier that we decided to use U-PACK! Trailer was delivered to the exact spot that I requested, picked up when requested, driven across the country very quickly, and delivered to my driveway, and removed when we emptied the trailer! WITHOUT A HICCUP! Courteous, knowledgeable, friendly folks doing a wonderful job, for a great price! I can’t say enough good things about everyone at U-PACK! Absolutely outstanding!
We're glad we were priced right for your move, Steve! Thank you for trusting us and sharing your experience. We hope you enjoy your new home!
U-pack offered the BEST price for moving out of state compared to other companies. The moving cube was delivered, picked up, and dropped off on time, my items delivered safely! The customer service reps were also very friendly and helpful. …
If you were as shocked as I was by the cost to move even just a few things across the country-you’re gonna want to check out U Pack. After visiting their website-I spoke with a representative who estimated how much space my things would take up on the truck. That becomes your estimated moving cost. But get this-you only pay for what you use! My move was almost half the cost of renting a truck and driving it yourself. You pack it-they drive it. Genius!
There is not enough words to describe the excellent service from U-Pack. From A to Z, they were able to accommodate my moving really fast. Every question that I had there was always and answer. I give 4 stars because my trailer unfortunately had a little leaking and a few things got wet but the claim was taken appropriately.
