I am absolutely furious with this company. When we got our stuff from Arkansas to Michigan the truck was an absolute mess. Stuff was just thrown on there. None of our upholstered furniture was covered and has stains from the straps they used. Our brand new refrigerator was barely wrapped and got scraped and dented all over it. Many pieces of wooden furniture were gouged and had to be discarded. I cannot believe that our things were put in the truck so carelessly by the movers.
They dont help people locally. I am trying to move across town and find a storage building for few weeks and they dont help with that only across country i just called and that is what i was told. What do yall expcet me todo carry all my stuff across town. Uhaul maybe high priced but they seem to be better. Ugh

Upack is one of the MOST efficient & courteous companies to deal with. Each person, from the beginning (Talihina, Oklahoma) to the end (New Orleans, La) were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our move as easy as possible! Everything was on time and the price very reasonable. We researched a lot companies & ways to accomplish this move (& having moved other times) U-PACK was the perfect choice. Thank you for providing a great service with amazing people through out your system.
For the people who were complaining about damage to items because of how it was packed, this company does not pack the items, they only allow you to pack (or hire someone to pack) and secure them, provide a partition wall for you to secure it with, and drive it across the country. It is up to you to make sure that you safely pack, pad, and secure your items to make sure they do not get damaged. There are specific instructions within the truck to tell you how to safely secure your items, use the ramp, etc..
I moved from Colorado to Wisconsin and ABF U-Pack saved me a ton of money (compared to U-Haul and PODS) and provided excellent service. The instant online quote was awesome! The fact that they delivered what they promised was amazing! It was great that my actual charge was less than the quote because they only charge for the space used! They provided this amazing moving guide with helpful tips to avoid issues and I'm happy to report that nothing was damaged in transit.
Just wanted to give a shout out to UPack for how great our son’s move went as he moved from Minnesota to California this month! It was half as expensive as other similar moving cubes and very reliable. The delivery driver went the extra mile to make the drop off work despite not being able to fit into our son’s apartment parking lot! I would recommend to everyone seeking reasonable moving experiences and expenses!!
