The rating breakdown
Google shows 13 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 10 | 76.9% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 7.7% | |

| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 7.7% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What the complaints say
Moving goes wrong in a small number of specific ways. These are the ones reviewers describe in the low-star reviews we have read for U-Pack, counted by matching the words they used.
- Crew conduct1 · 100%
Counted across the 1 one and two star review we have read for U-Pack. A review can describe more than one problem, so these do not add to 100%. Each share is rounded on its own.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Upack is a super company to work with. From the get go when I had many questions and was sorting out the best way to move, they were very helpful on the phone. Then after I made a reservation, the local dispatcher was again friendly and helpful. On the other end, the dispatcher was again helpful and prompt in delivering my cube. Even the drivers were friendly and helpful, explaining how the cube would be moved through the USA.
Quick, easy, painless way to move and done 100% online. I hire local movers to help me pack and load/unload at each destination so I do very little moving myself, except I pack my own boxes and provide my own moving blankets and straps. You can save thousands of dollars and have more control when your belongings are shipped/delivered.
Highly recommend! Professional, great communication, easy to book and track. Shipment came earlier than expected. Cheaper than most. Very happy we went with them.
Thank you for trusting us with your move and sharing your experience, Theresa! We're glad we were a great fit for your needs, and we hope you enjoy your new home!
Very convenient, very professional, everything easy to schedule and everything is on time. Very well organized company. Affordable and flexible. We loved our relocubes! Great customer service! Use them! All of our items arrived safely, but of cause we packed it well ourselves, and they handle everything with care. We moved from Ohio North Canton to Indiana Fort Wayne
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
