In their own words
U-Pack was a great option for my cross country move Fresno-Atlanta. The call center staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous without being pushy. The local ABF office was also easy to work with and accommodated my needs. Even the driver was extremely helpful getting the bulkhead situated and loaned me some extra straps to secure the load. The container arrived on time and there was no damage to my items except a box that I dropped off the ramp! Thanks U-Pack and ABF.
Moving is always a challenging experience. My experience with U-Pack couldn’t have been better. Everything they said would happen, happened and the furniture moved from California to Texas quickly and efficiently. This was so seamless I am going to use them again with a much bigger move in the coming weeks. If you want an easy moving experience at a great price you should try U-Pack!!
I moved from CA to TX - Everything was simple, efficient and quick. Since they dropped the container at origin until the final delivery at my new place in TX. Logistic worked pretty good. Just a little misunderstanding when they dropped off , driver stated that I have an unpaid invoice ( 1 month storage $150), he received a phone call from office, so unless I pay it right away he will loaded back on truck again and take back to the yard ( wherever they keep in Houston) Well happens that I never received such an…

We moved from California to Texas, and needed a way to move our households, and not have to put our vehicles on trailers, Upack was the perfect solution, they worked with our many date changes, and time we needed the trailer both at move out and move in. The billing was easy to understand, and easy to get reimbursed for tthe extra footage we didn't use. The reps on the phone as well as the drivers were nice as well as knowledgeable. We would use them again, and reccomend them.
