I was very impressed with the professionalism and cooperation of Corbin, U-Pack dispatcher in Idaho Falls, ID. Corbin exhibited the kind of customer service most people can only dream of in this day and age. I am very happy to have encountered a person who represents his company as well as he did with me. I could also tell the Burt, the driver who delivered my three cubes, had the same goal of excellence. Burt has been with the company for over 9 years and I'm sure he's had many grateful customers.
I recently moved across the state. I had contacted several moving companies and looked into the traditional moving trucks (U-Haul and Budget). U-Pack was by far the best value for the money. They park the trailer part of a tuck in front of your house for a few days and you load it. This is great if you have family and friends to help. In my case I really didn't, so I hired some help from a local company.

This guys are fast and efficient. I love the level Of professionalism they have. I had 3 days to pack my things and it took them 7 days to Move my things from Idaho to Georgia. It came even faster. I would recite them to anyone moving and all our things arrived. Great company great people
We’ve used U-Pack 3 times for major moves and always had a good experience. The trailers/pods are always on time, I can track exactly where they are and every time our stuff has arrived early. I hope not to do another big move but if I do, we will use U-Pack again.
