This company is currently ruining my life. I paid them over $20k to move four trailers 1300 miles and despite having a trip from hell battling winter storms and losing two vehicles along the way (one broke down the other stolen) I arrived …
If you want to waste a lot of time and deal with constant runaround, use UPack. For a long-distance move, every time I called, they just said “We have to refer you to the local service center — ABF Freight controls it all.” So instead of one point of contact, I had to call three or four different service centers along the way just to get my trailer picked up and delivered. No one takes responsibility, so you end up doing all the work.
Worst company to chose, I chose them to move my stuff from Illinois to Safford, Arizona and now they are telling me that they can not bring my stuff to Safford. They informed me that I would have to go to Phoenix (3 hours away) to pick up my belongings. This makes no sense, why would I pay for this and only get half of the servic . Do not use this company, they take your money and don't follow through with what they promise.
So where to start? I originally made a reservation for a day. Couple days later decided I wanted to move a little earlier then scheduled, I called in and spoke with someone, don't remember his name, at the start when he answered he sounded …
I made a reservation on their website. They changed the dates three days prior to the moving date. I had to cancel my reservation and find another movers.

Highly recommend U-Pack! We used them in our move from AZ to MO and they were great do work with. Trailer was dropped and picked up exactly when they said it would be. Everyone we spoke to on both ends were efficient and friendly. Will definitely use them if we move again!
This is the 3rd I've used UPack to move across the country and their speed and value is unmatched. The only issue is the quality of the trailer and ramp are sometimes questionable. On my most recent move, the same was rusted and bent, the bulkhead was splintered wood and cracked metal pipes, and my delivered trailer floor was covered in broken glass from the freight they delivered in my unused space. Good value just not perfect. I will be using them again.

The smoothest long distance move I've ever had. On time pickup and delivery despite the labor Day weekend. Their online system lets you know exactly where you stuff is and when you expect it. 5 stars!
I don't usually post reviews, but I think UPACK or ABF should be rated as the top movers, so I'm going to share my experience. I relocated twice within the United States, most recently from Maryland. For both moves, I utilized UPACK PODs, and I couldn't be happier with how swiftly and affordably they deliver the PODs. I spoke with other movers, and they demand an outrageous price for the same service. Instead, reserve one or two PODs for a simple family move.
