In their own words
Moved from the East coast to the Midwest. Other movers were hard/annoying to get a quote from, let alone one that I had confidence in (largely because either I had to categorize everything I own into their system or estimate the weight and number of boxes I would use, etc). U-Pack's site was friendly to use and get a quote from and it was convenient to have my containers dropped off and picked up without any needed input from me after arranging it. I paid extra for guaranteed delivery.
Everything that was promised was delivered. I had 3 trucks - all were delivered and picked up on time. Trucks were clean and functional. Everyone at U-Pack including the drivers) was courteous and professional. I hired some guys to help pack and unpack. Trucks were packed tight to minimize damage. Out of three trucks, only damage was leg on one table (that we had put at the bottom and put too much weight on). We had been quoted $35k to move. This was a way more affordable (but more work) option.

What a great choice to use U-Pack. I had gotten such high quotes for movers as well as for renting a U-Haul/U-Pack/Pods etc. I didn't have a problem packing up the unit and saved hundreds of dollars. They contacted me via phone and text to confirm delivery, confirm arrival as well as when it got to TN. There was also a GPS to follow my shipment. Very happy! If you don't want to load it yourself they have recommendations for help which I used and they too were amazing and not expensive! Worth every penny!
This is an "unbelievable" company! To say that they were always on time, courteous, pleasant to deal with, and just great, is an understatement. I had a moving Relo Cube delivered to my former condo in Florida, picked up and delivered to my primary home in Long Island in 3 days. Plus there were absolutely no "up charges". The price you are quoted, is the price you pay, period. Just make sure you tie everything down tight with ratchet straps, not rope, and you'll be fine. What else can I say?
