Everyone is nice there but they have poor security. The container got broken into and half my stuff was stolen. Don't put anything in the container that is irreplaceable.

I scheduled a packing cube over a week ago to be delivered today between 9-1 PM. Around noon no one had showed up so I called them. They said someone had contacted me multiple times and left voicemails. I had no calls and definitely didn’t get any voicemails. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they simply said I’d have to somehow get all of my stuff to the facility to pack up??? I was quoted 2200 dollars- I can’t afford to also rent a truck to bring my stuff to the facility.

What a joke - they will come up with every excuse in the world NOT to deliver your relocube. Said my condo community didn’t have enough room for their truck. Then they said I was on too busy a street. Then they said their delivery person wasn’t comfortable driving the golf cart down two blocks on the main road. Like every frigging excuse in the world - not sure what kind of people they’re hiring to deliver the relocubes. My neighbor hired Pods and they had no problem delivering their pods into our community.

We have used ABF on three separate occasions for large (> 200 lb) shipments and have had nothing but problems. There is no communication from their dispatch office, they have never been on time, and so far all of my packages have arrived damaged. As a small business owner who needs consistency and support the folks at ABF are not up to the task and I would caution anyone from using their services.
UPacks is an incredibly misleading company. Their website lets you think they have availability and will TAKE YOUR CREDIT CARD to reserve a slot when they have “zero availability for 2 months” Incredibly misleading and disappointing. Can’t believe they have such a high rating when they can’t get something so simple right…

Moved across the country and couldn’t recommend U-Pack enough. People have advised against getting a moving company but UPack did not disappoint. We used their ReloCube moving from DC. UPack customer support is five stars — attentive, on time (if not early) for drop off and pick up. We (my husband) packed up life things and nothing was damaged..granted you have to be a good packer. And their website is great and easy to use. 10/10 would use again.
