Booked and payed $4000 dollars for a move from VA to TN with them. They refused to deliver two trailers to my destination despite checking the address prior. They said the road was too narrow. We have full sized tractor trailers on this road everyday. The local office in Johnson City was timid due to them getting trailers stuck in other locations. They said they will credit me $600 to help with the cost. The uhaul and the movers will cost 2x3 times that to get two full trailers moved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Update.
U pack is absolutely joke. They could not get in to our drive way and asked us to come pick our stuff ourselves and said would refund some back . The guy called and said they would refund $200. Are you joking? I have to hire another company to move everything back to their truck and pay over $ thousands. I need some explanation.

Just got off the phone with one of the reps. My trailer was picked up on June 1 in Denver. It is now June 15 and I still do not have my trailer. It has been sitting in Nashville for a week, which is only 5 hours from my new place in Bristol …

Cubes were delivered on time, both drivers were ultimate professionals dropped off exactly where we needed and were picked up on time in Jonesborough, delivery in Colorado Springs was as promised and empty cube pick up was quick. Professional and efficient operation from start to finish, highly recommend!!
We moved from Erie, Co. to Kingsport, Tn. The price quoted for our 1500 sq.ft. 3 bedroom home was expensive and unreasonable. We were quoted $2600 for 10 feet of truck space. The only appliances we had were a washer and dryer. We did not have a couch or matching chair (which we sold). We stacked everything high to the roof of the truck, and we still used 21 feet. This raised our final cost another $900.
Could not have asked for a better experience. The many people I dealt with were courteous, patient and helpful. The transport was timely and exactly as promised. Had no damage.
U-Pack was easy, straightforward, and reliable. It was so easy to book online, and it was easy to understand the process from the text and email. I moved with uhaul the previous year and it was terrible, so I was nervous about U-Pack, but everything was exactly as advertised. I had to switch my moving date and they did it with no problems.
