I had a pretty rough experience with this local UPack service center. They have an attitude problem and are pretty obstinant which leaves you in a lurch with your container and goods. Not to mention they didn’t provide the correct paperwork in preparation for a long long drive to the border. It doesn’t matter how much homework and planning you’ve done, or how much confirmation from them you get, suddenly those plans just won’t work. They won’t do much to work with you either to find options.

We used U-Pack relocube to move from California to Vancouver, BC and would highly recommend this to anyone making a long distance move. A lot of stuff fits in a relocube, the delivery and pick up of the relocube was on time, the customer support was always responsive. All our stuff reached the destination in good shape. Will definitely be using Upack again.
Very professional and worry free service to move across border. Prices are nominal and service guaranteed.
I don't often leave reviews but I needed to for this company. From the first phone call to my last interactions with individuals that work at u-pack was phenomenal. I moved across country for the first time and there was so many companies. U pack was maybe the second company I called and just based on how kind the support team was and how they explained everything I was sold. There might have been cheaper options out there, who knows but U-pack had both an amazing customer service + track record.

Right from get go, UPack customer service was awesome. The folks at the loading terminal in South Surrey BC Canada were very cooperative and helpful. The container was made available for loading on the first day of the window. They helped us with their forklift to load last minute heavy box. At the destination, the container was delivered again on the first day of the window and promptly removed the next day after the container was emptied.
