I can't even begin to explain how disappointed I am in U-pack and the company that they hired on our behalf moving staffers. They caused damage to over 60% of our property, and what I am estimating at 20K+ in damage. The service of U-pack was horrible from the start, when working with us, they gave us a quote and were completely off in the amount of space we needed in a truck, we ended up needing twice as much space as they apparently don't know how to estimate properly. Then we had several scheduling issues.
One star to Lawrenceville office. Manager, his name is Josh, was rude, not professional, not being able to manage his crew. They did not pick up the trailer for days although notified the next morning of arrival. Blocking four parking spots here, still waiting to be picked up.

Was supposed to have my pods between 8am and 12pm today. It’s currently 8pm and they’re not here. Not a great start to a cross country move with this company.
They care more about the dollar than their customer. If they make a mistake they do not fix it. Please save the hassle and use uhaul.

Amazing experience! I was able to see quotes for different dates, set up reservation, request a certified weight ticket, and make changes to my reservation all via the website. Once my reservation was set all my move information was easily accessible as well as contact information for both trailer service stations (departing and recieving). Trailer was delivered as promised, received a call from the driver roughly 30 min. before delivery for both drop off's.
