If I could give zero stars I would. Cube was clearly damaged and let water in, completely ruining our $1500 mattress. Made a claim and they said they can give me $402. An absolute joke. Was one the phone for over and hour and they told me that’s the best they could do. Do not recommend using them at all. Pay the little extra and go with PODS.
Great for many who are happy. Our experience is not a positive one. Drastically overpriced. 1 queen mattress w/frame. 2 40" TV's and 20 plastic totes; 2'x2'x2'. $3K for 1500 miles!

In their own words
Every part of the move was easy and completed flawlessly. I had to change the original date and I was able to do it on line , pretty much with one click. The storage cube was delivered on time in a very narrow time window that I specified. Pick up, transit and delivery were all performed without a hitch. All drivers were respectful of our property and very helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
From start to finish, there was not a single communication or interaction that I would not rate a 5. I rarely write reviews but there is something special about this company's approach to customer service. They answer the phone personally without a long hold. They treat you as if you are one of a few customers and provide immediate information about your move. I talked to multiple people in different offices and it was always the same. My belongings were in perfect condition.
ABF is the local provider for U-Pack. I can't say enough good things about the fast friendly service we received!!! Bob, the driver, was great!!! He placed our relocubes in the perfect spot and picked them up the next morning as promised. U-Pack prices are very reasonable and the process was easy. I highly recommend.
Thank you for being so timely and flexible! Great service with a great value! You guys rock!
