TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Proceed with caution with this company! U-Pack told me they would contract with ABF as the transport company and that they would also contract with movers to provide the labor. I provided the movers with 40 mover's blankets, multiple other rugs and blankets, 3000' of wrap to protect the furniture and labeled every box as to contents and fragility. Every item in the boxes were extensively wrapped with bubble wrap and packing paper.
Good price if you need the whole truck. 28 feet. $5000, Then had to pay $3000 for only 8 feet use of the truck. Not a fair ratio.

For the first time in my many life moves, I chose not to rent a truck. Initially, I was not familiar with the services UPack provided, but I took the plunge and boy am I glad I did. Every single person I talked to was helpful, professional, and patient. That's rare in any company. The service is well-designed to accommodate many circumstances, with ample time allotted for packing and unpacking the ReLo Cubes.
We had a great experience using U-Pack for our 1,000-mile relocation move. The drivers were friendly and responsive, and any customer service contacts were very pleasant. My only challenge was finding a padlock that worked to secure the bulkhead. The local home store did not supply any locks which met the requirements, so my shipment was picked up without the bulkhead being secure.

Everything about my u-pack experience was wonderful! Where do I start. Well, reserving was a great person to talk with. When I loaded myself I could pull the uhaul right up to the back so it was quick and simple. When I picked up my load everyone was so nice. I was charged exactly what was said and it was hundreds of dollars cheaper than anywhere else. If I move again I will only use them. I can't express enough about what a great experience it was.
I absolutely loved working with U-Pack. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and I would definitely use them again (although hopefully I will never need to). We have a tricky driveway and the driver was absolutely awesome at getting it in. I had to move my date a few times and there were no problems. We had timely delivery for both drop off at our takeoff and destination. Although it has been three days since I told them to pick up our trailer, and they haven't come to get it yet.
