The rating breakdown
Google shows 10 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 9 | 90.0% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 10.0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 6 four and five star reviews we have read for U-Pack. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
I did a ton of shopping around for a moving service. U-Pack was by far the cheapest out of the big name brands from Chicago to Austin and they delivered right to my door on both ends without an additional fee. The communication was amazing and the drivers offered assistance with packing ideas.
I have nothing but positive things to say about u-pack! We rented space in one of their trailers for our move from Utah to Illinois. Every driver and office person we talked with was friendly and helpful. Our stuff arrived EARLIER than …
What an amazing experience! When PODS failed us, U-Pack came to our rescue! We were able to book a 20ft Trailer, from California to Illinois and the process was seemless. We loaded the trailer, they picked it up and drove it to our destination. Then we unloaded and they took it away. It was the perfect solution for a long distance move! Highly recommend!
We're glad we could help make your move to Illinois seamless, Valerie! Thank you for choosing us and for taking the time to leave a review. We hope you enjoy your new home!
We had a great experience with UPack in every facet of our 900+ mile move. The people we spoke with were always pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and very supportive. We highly recommend UPack for moving needs.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Jerry! We're so glad you had pleasant, supportive, and knowledgeable service from our team, and we hope you enjoy your new home!
