The rating breakdown
Google shows 13 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 13 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 10 four and five star reviews we have read for U Storage. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
The customer service here is exceptional! My wife and I have had many experience with other storage companies in the past where they took a very hands off approach. That was not the case with U Storage! Alex was very friendly and attentive to our needs. He made us feel very at home. Would recommend to anyone in need of a unit!
You and your wife were a dream to work with Brandon! Thank you so much for taking the time to send us a review.
Dessa was AMAZING!! We had reservations at a different U-Haul company that failed to have available equipment. She took care of EVERYTHING for us in a VERY minimal window of time. Our movers were going to be at our apartment in less than an hour and she got us completely set up. Greatest employee!!!
Thanks so much for the kind words Jackson! We appreciate your business so much.

The owner is so nice! He helped me put together a shelf for my unit... actually he didn't help me.... he did it for me!! Very very good folks! I would strongly recommend them to everyone!
Thanks Sandra!!
