I had previously used this company twice before with no problems. This time was a disaster. They showed up late I paid and then I was told they made a mistake. I had to pay again. They broke my furniture. I have not received any compensation and they didn’t fill up my pods completely or pat them correctly. They came unprepared, even though I made this call Center aware that I had very heavy furniture and that it needed to be moved by experienced people.

Movers were late but I was told there would be a 10% discount. I checked my credit card bill and there was an additional charge, not a discount.

Booked two movers for a 2-3 hour move. One never showed up. After waiting 90 minutes I was told he simply wasn’t coming because there was too much traffic. The mover who did show up was on only his second shift with the company and needed constant direction. He was sweet and tried his best, but was not equipped to handle a move independently. What also caught me off guard was that they don’t bring any equipment — no hand trucks, no dollies.

Very accommodating with our schedule. Arrived on time & very professional. Great price too! Will recommend to others! Jack & Ara were extremely helpful & pleasant to work with.
Moving day was a million times easier and faster with the amazing helpers from Undergrads moving. Christopher C, Ryan H & Max B each arrived on time and were very professional and ready to do the work. They lifted the heaviest of dressers and furniture, packed and organized the truck so that everything fit and we were on our way to our new home. We had rashaun s & Jason k on the other end to unload our truck and they did an awesome job as well! It was great to use the same reliable company in both cities.
We needed help moving heavy and oversized furniture back into rooms after a recent renovation. Our movers were: Carter Blumenstock Zachary O’Connor Prince Ekeh They were on time (early actually), despite each one traveling at least 35 miles to get to our house, and despite it being on a Sunday morning of Memorial Day weekend. All three were exceptionally nice, helpful and took great care of our furniture (and new floors).
