Not all bad, the guys that showed up to move my stuff were great, they showed up on time and got down to business, unfortunately my T.V stand was broken on the drive over (the top piece was separated from the bottom piece) not sure how because I did see him wrap it and handle with care, but the issue comes from when I paid for service and informed them on the issue i was told they would file a claim with there insurance and reimburse me but never got back with me about it, so if you have the time to plan and shop…
We used Unique Moving Services today for our moving needs. We provided a list of furniture that needs to be moved based on the photos available on the web, without looking for the exact number of items to be moved, thinking that if something small will be forgotten to be added to the list I would be able to get help with the move. We were not in the house by the time when we placed an order and could not look if anything else needed to be moved.
We moved from Ohio to Florida and had a horrible time. The day of pick up was great the two men where awesome. It took almost 3 weeks for them to ship my way in the fine print it says up to 21 days to your face 5-7days. The day of delivery …

I have moved 10x in the past 10 years, Unique Moving has by far the best communication and services I have ever experienced. They are fast, quick, on time and very friendly. Most moving companies are not reliable and they take their time. You won’t be disappointed with them!
I had such a great experience with Unique Moving Service! The customer service was great, both in person and on the phone. It was very convenient since I was able to call and coordinate a date and time. The guys wrapped all my furniture items and moved everything with excellent care. I would highly recommend!
I’ve never experienced such great service and super friendly and professional. Moved from an apartment on the third floor to a house that was almost an hour away. Not only was the price incredibly but both Mario and Matthew were very excellent at there job and got in done and were so professional. I will for sure use them again and never use any other moving company and will let all my friends and family know about them. Thanks you for the great service.
On Time, team was Prepared to get it done, very Professional and Courteous. But most importantly, Everything was moved to and into the new house without any damages, no "Oops, Sorry about that," and nothing was lost in the move.
