Delivery guy was awesome, however, I did not a have great experience with the front desk. Company did not keep its word. Container was outdoors for a week in early July when we paid for it to be in the warehouse. If you’re building, please DO NOT go through this company. If you’re like my family and experience an unexpected push back (1day) You will be charged an entire month. I was also surprised by new picked up fee associated with my new address that I was not informed about

We recently hired UNITS to help a family who had lost everything in the devastating Texas floods, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. In the midst of such a heartbreaking and stressful situation, the team at UNITS—especially Ken and Marcus—made everything so much easier. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and easy to work with from the very beginning. Communication was seamless, and the delivery was perfectly on time, which took a huge weight off our shoulders.

I needed a portable storage unit in a hurry... never before pricing them out, I was surprised how much other companies charge per month. I saw UNITS was a locally owned company with great pricing and reached out over a holiday. Certainly didn't think I would hear back until the following business day, but the owner called me immediately! He was kind, courteous and above all helpful in getting a UNIT to my home as quickly as I needed. He didn't have to call me when their offices were clearly closed...

Units storage service saved me. I previously scheduled a storage unit with another service, P_DS a little over a week before I needed a storage unit to be delivered to my home for temporary storage of my furniture as I did home improvements. Each day since making the reservation with P_DS, I received emails and text messages reminding me of the scheduled delivery plus a link to acknowledge the reservation. More so, if I didn't click the link, my reservation would be canceled.

Sept 2024-Jan 2025: This was our second time using Units to store our home contents while we dealt with water damage. What a testament to the professionalism & integrity of the company, that not only were they as great to work with as before, but our experience was even better. Daniel remembered us from 2021, was so easy to communicate with, got us set up for the dates we needed, answered all my questions patiently, & was really kind.
