In their own words
I needed a quick pod delivered to my house in a tough location at a good price. Units moving company hit the mark 100%. I took advantage of their spring discount and anytime I needed to contact them they were easy to reach. They're also very responsive to emails. The site work was really good and they leveled the pod on uneven ground. I would recommend them for sure.
Thank you so much for the kind words Frank. It was a pleasure working on this project with you and I am glad we could help out. We take pride in providing a great service at a reasonable price and always appreciate it when it is recognized.
Just got a unit over here in Methuen. I dealt with Mary, I believe she is the general manager. Very attentive and polite. The place was warm and clean. I would recommend this place over other companies in the area, I've dealt with a couple. Again Mary was great, and there seems to be a positive work culture over there 5 stars
Moving is and always will be a nightmare. We went back and forth with whether or not to get a storage container, and honestly, it was by far the only thing that kept me sane throughout the process. Ramin (sp) was so attentive to every call, text, or email, and every request or question we had no matter the time of day. He delivered the UNITS container the day we wanted and even sent us a picture upon delivery to confirm it was placed exactly where we wanted. It was plenty big and so clean.
Thanks Mandy, I am glad we were able to make your move less stressful.
I looked into several portable storage companies before choosing UNITS, and I’m so glad I did. From my very first interaction, the experience was excellent. I was able to work directly with the owner, which was such a nice change — he was responsive, helpful, informative, and kind throughout the whole process. The prices were better than some of the bigger-name companies, and the personal service really stood out. Supporting a local business while getting great service is truly a win-win.
Thank you so much for your kind words and support Danielle. I enjoyed working with you on this move and wish you the best of luck.
