**********MOVER BEWARE********** A very unprofessional moving company. Dont waste your money, its way too many reputable moving companies in and around Rochester
Please stop leaving fake reviews. We are very respectful and professional to our customers for over 10 years now. We didn’t do any business with anyone by the name of Eli. Giving us false reviews will not stop us from doing great service and helping our clients thanks
Bailed on moving day. I had to text to see where they were as they were 20 minutes late. Ross stated it was an employee issue and wanted to reschedule and offer a discount. I unacceptable after the fact. Then was unable to provide or process a refund. Don't use this company. Total scam.

I had a great experience with Upstate Movers. I needed a same-day move, and they showed up promptly and handled everything with professionalism from start to finish. The pickup and drop-off locations were about 100 miles apart, but they worked efficiently and made the entire process seamless. The team was quick, careful with my belongings, and very accommodating to my situation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable and responsive movers.
Ross and his team are amazing. Yesterday could’ve been very stressful for my 90 year old grandmother but they did everything they could to ease the stress from her. Packed and wrapped everything and moved her whole apartment in about 3 1/2 hours. Very good price, very good people. Also last minute is not a problem.
We are moving 2 households into our new home and had to find a good mover. We saw great reviews for Upstate Movers compared to some of the other local movers. Ross the owner is very quick to respond, set up our appointment and make our initial deposit. He checked back with me day before to confirm appointment and first thing in morning before our appointment time. That gave me the reassurance they were on the ball about getting the job done.
First of all they were the easiest to contact and give me a quote. Another company wanted me to take photos prior to a quote. Another wanted me to describe the contents of the house in detail-ugh. Upstate showed up on time, unloaded my entire house in an hour and a half, were polite and personable. I think I might have found them on Craigslist. I had the floors refinished so they loaded everything into the garage and left access to clothing etc. so we could come in and grab what we needed throughout the week.
