I will start this by saying the 10x20 shed I had moved went off without a hitch. Now for the bad, they showed up and were not professional AT ALL. One of the helpers was in SWEATPANTS!! and Crocs as work attire, very unprofessional in my opinion. They were not nice and did not seem to care about my questions or concerns at all and just went to ripping and tearing on the ramp I had set up to get in the shed in its original place with no respect.
Let me start by apologize that you feel you had a bad experience with us,that being said I'm assuming this is the young man in Williston yesterday around noon.first thing on your complaint is your ramp that was half rotted and told us to move it and you were going to replace it ,as far as blocks go…

Friendly and professional. They did everything they said, they were on time and were efficient. Easy to work with and great attention to details. These guys got the appropriate gear to get the job done without hassle and they really care about your happiness. They will get it right where you want it! They were a touch more (20 dollars) expensive than the local shed mover here in Williston but their ability to move a shed into a tight location is an order of magnitude greater with the Mule shed moving machine they bring with them. I had to drop a tree and they waited for me to do it.

I have had 5 structures moved over the past couple of years. Most movers are hard to get ahold of on the phone, won't return your phone call, etc... My mover that had moved my last three buildings didn't want to move the gazebo in part because the property owner was being difficult. David was prompt answering his phone, updated me with his ETA and was a true professional. He was polite, friendly, accommodating and respectful of the property owner and his wishes. He left the location looking great.
