Charged Far More Than Promised, Left Us Stranded! USF Movers promised us they could move our family from Blackfoot, ID to Caldwell, ID. What followed was the worst experience we’ve ever had with a business. PLEASE DON’T MAKE OUR MISTAKE AND EMPLOY THIS SERVICE! • Estimated $2200 + $100/hr more if labor exceeded 8 hrs. Charged us $3500 and left half our possessions in Blackfoot! • Tried to charge us $1500 more to bring the rest, which would have been more than double the estimate.

Terrible service. I understand that people need to earn a living but not on other people’s pockets. Mike or whatever his name is was very rude, very slow and missleading. We talked on the phone, he said price is 110$ per hour plus travel time. I said fine, travel time won’t be a problem since our new apartment is only 4 min away. He said ok and NEVER mentioned that travel time means from the moment he starts driving not the moment he starts the move.

This is not a company you want to do business with first of all we was given a flat price of $250 and on the day of the move our things had gotten broken into so it seemed like the guy was genuinely understood our pain.Having to deal with moving and the police to report a break in and he said his name was Mike and that he was the owner and he was stopping the clock .

I was genuinely shocked at how Mike handled our move. The first time everything was acceptable. His team did break a pot, but at least there were no hidden charges and the job was completed. The second move was a completely different story. I agreed with Mike over the phone to $200 per hour. Once the job started, he suddenly tried to add $25 per hour for equipment that had been brought the first time without charge and that did not even work properly.

I had a terrible experience with Mike. He showed up with a bad attitude, was extremely unprofessional, and even cursed loudly on my property, which is completely unacceptable and felt like harassment. When I hired him, he agreed to move furniture, take items upstairs, and assemble everything. None of that was done. Instead, he gave excuses, refused to finish the job, and acted like he was doing me a favor.

Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The owner and the worker he brought along with him moved extremely slow. The worker he brought with him was not capable of doing anything on his own so he just tagged along with the owner wasting time and our money. They did not properly put back any of the items that they took apart, such as our beds, so the mattresses are sinking into the bed frames and are impossible to sleep on. So many screws and nails are missing from our items. I would never recommend this company.

These people lie about their prices. When I first called them they told me it would be $250 flat for just coming my tvs, couches, my bed, and one small bookshelf. Mind yall I was only moving 1 floor up on my complex. Once it was time to pay they told me it was $320. And not only that … they broke my bookshelf in half. He had the audacity to tell me fine I’ll do it for $300. The absolute worst company ever. Please don’t bother booking with these people :/

Horrible company they did not take pride in the move. They didn’t know how to pack a U-Haul. They were all over my house. They broke furniture. They broke stuff that meant a lot to me. I’ve called the phone number. I’ve texted the phone number and I sent an email and they will not reply back they broke my dresser, my nightstand, and they broke 100 year old rocking chair. They broke a China cabinet. I would not recommend this company
