The rating breakdown
2 of the 46 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Valley Rose Self Storage are one or two star.
Worked out from 46 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
Ok, not sure if they are a good place or not, the person answering the phone spoke very poor English, and was rude on top of that.
Pretty straight forward but I asked where the stairs are located as a safety precaution incase of fires that would prevent the use of elevator. Kept getting told stairs are not allowed for use by any means. Guess we'll just burn alive or get stuck in an elevator.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.
- Professional and courteous9 · 33%
Counted across the 27 four and five star reviews we have read for Valley Rose Self Storage. A review can mention more than one thing.

Can you love a storage place?!? If you are a customer (but I feel more like a family friend) of Valley Rose Storage YOU ABSOLUTELY MOST CERTAINLY CAN! I was so lucky to find this place and especially blessed to have known Mary. Through her contagious zest for life (and all things Nahlens), I have connected with her staff and her spirit is still very strong here. She is definitely missed and there is no one like her. I've been a customer here for a few years and I highly recommend Valley Rose Storage.
Valley Rose Self Storage is a nice ace to have. Workers are very friendly and very helpful. The place is very clean and smells good . Thank you Jose, good job👍. While your storing your property , you will hear a music and I love the music they're playing. Pam is a person that help me in the beginning and she's 👌 awesome. Joann is nice too. I recommend if you guys are looking for a storage go and see the Valley Rose Self Storage.
This place is not only a storage unit but they make you feel like family. They have great military discounts and they take care of their customers. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for either temporary or long-term storage there's no better place in North County. RIP Mary I miss you so much you were my best friend and gave me advice like a mom would. You are loved by many and missed by all.
Great rates, clean units, and helpful staff! We stored our stuff there for 4 months last summer and we even received a partial discount because of the circumstances we were in. The units are very cool and relatively dust free and it is easy to access the units. The location is also great - just off of Valley Pkwy which makes repeated trips to and from the storage unit no problem at all.
