Worst moving experience ever! If you have anything valuable don’t use them. They did not know how to pack anything properly in the U-Haul and damaged 80% of our belongings including a $8000 marble table. They left black marks on oil stains on almost every furniture item. The movers are very nice and the process of setting the move up was great but not worth the damage from the movers unfortunately. If you care about your items, I could not recommend them.
DO NOT Use THIS COMPANY ! He will not refund our $300 deposit. On moving day he decides that he needs to charge more! Left us scrambling to find another mover and SO glad it worked out for the better and wayyyy cheaper! So never you them unless you wanna be scammed!
Vance Delivers contracts their labor and has no employees except his partner. They helped me pack for two days and it was a horrible experience. They were grossly understaffed and wouldn’t nearly finish on time. I paid them $15,000 up front …
I am going to address this one time. You will Not intimidate, micromanage, or question judgement of my employees. When you hire Vance Delivers for your Move know I am a professional mover you are Not. When I lay out each day of your Move for my employees it is for a reason.

Vance Delivers LLC is the best delivery service in Bay County. My refrigerator in one of my beach front condos went bad Sunday morning/Father's Day when nobody was working, Vance Delivers LLC took my job at last minute for my emergency need. They delivered my brand-new refrigerator to my 14th floor condo and installed it. My renters are very pleased with their service. Vance Delivers LLC is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. They offered me a great communication and a competitive service fee.
Vance Delivers, LLC is a small business that has maintained top quality professionalism and reassurance for several years now. With his unique flexibility by listening to his client’s specific needs, He is prompt, is fair in price ranging from what is needed. He plans accordingly with his team. He trains hard but pays well and cares for his team that does the labor work we can’t do ourselves. I’ve used several moving companies in the Bay County area.
Vance is God sent! I planned a long distance move 8 hours away 3 months in advance with another company. Unfortunately they did not show up the day of the move because they kept delaying the time therefore I cancelled. So I was referred to Vance last minute to help and I’m so glad I did! Zach and Joseph did an outstanding job with helping load my uhaul for me to drive long distance. I would recommend to them anyone!
