What a disaster. We have moved across the country many times and this was the worst by far (ID to NC). They are hard workers and were trying to make things right but they have no idea what they’re doing and we had thousands of dollars in damage. They waaaay underestimated the truck size and had to repack multiple times putting us days behind schedule. I wouldn’t have minded if things had shown up in one piece but there were so many things broken or crunched including toys, tons of furniture, and wall decor.

This company has no integrity. The order was taken over the phone and an incomplete information was given so I received a quote of $3500 based on the information the broker gave to the transporter (I didn't know I was dealing with a broker). The broker gave me a low price to get me to sign up. At pick up, the driver said my items were more than the list they received so my price increased from $3500 to $5500; I showed him the list I sent to the broker and he discovered that the broker reduced the number of items…

I recently used Vantage movers used for my move from Massachusetts to Colorado, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Several expensive items went missing during the delivery, and I discovered that a few of my glass items were broken upon unpacking. While moving can be a challenging process, I expected a professional moving company to handle my belongings with more care and accountability. Unfortunately, the lack of proper handling and communication left me frustrated.

Kept hiking prices, unprofessional, just threw items in boxes, charged $15,000 for subpar service. I have receipts to show as well Use anyone else but them!!!

I chose Vantage based on their reviews, but boy was I wrong about them. I thought by hiring a moving company I could be hands off and just direct them, but again, I was way wrong. To move a four bedroom, one story house, I was quoted about 4 - 5 hour price, for moving ONLY, not even packing, which seemed reasonable. It took them 12 hours, and that even included me having to help because they were so slow.

DO NOT HIRE THEM! You will regret it like I did. Here is my story… I signed up as a client moving from Arizona to Seattle and was given a quote that I felt was pricey but doable. I was informed that my move date was guaranteed for November 26th (the day before Thanksgiving) as I needed to request time off that day. I was informed that the QA person was going to call me on Friday. Friday came and went, no call. Monday came and went, no call.

Absolute worst moving company I have ever used. Somehow they are supposed to be ranked in the top three on line. Start off by saying they are not the moving company. They are only a broker! I was moving across the country. from Louisiana to California for a new job. The first thing that was suspicious that happened is they bid about $800 less than two other companies. That's why I decided to go with them. I gave an exact detail of what Items I had. How many boxes, end tables, king bed etc.

Genuinely, worst moving experience of my life. Not only was my stuff delayed 3 different times, but they actively did the opposite of what I asked, didn't listen to me and each time there was a delay no one would show up by the day they quoted me and I'd have to call multiple times, only to find out it hadn't ever left California. They missed the window they quoted me on the contract and I asked for some money back multiple times, and they acted like I was the unreasonable one.
