I sent email to the below email and never got a reply. I have already been telling people my story on FB that ask for reviews. It was the worst moving experience I ever had. The driver didn't get any help from AMJ when his help never showed up. It took 2 days to get our stuff on the truck. I could not get my house cleaned out for the new buyers. My stuff had to stay on the island since the driver has issues at the next pick-up location.

Original post April 11, 2022: Moving out day was stressful enough, but this company's employee turned it into a nightmare. He was rude and disrespectful to the senior citizen who was moving. A horrible experience. Corporate response to the employee's behaviour was inadequate, to say the least. Absolutely NOT recommended. On April 18, 2022.

Overcharge and under-deliver is their mantra. They charge nonsense fees such as an "access fee" when you come to pick up your stuff, in an attempt to avoid their insane delivery charges. They do not accommodate their customers in any way. The Toronto office provided great service in the past, so I was expecting similar service from the Victoria location but I was greatly disappointed; their initial quote was very reasonable but they get you with their add-on charges. I discourage you to use them.
This is without a doubt the worst experience with delivery I have ever had. I have been trying to get these people to deliver my West Elm furniture for over a month. They are more than unresponsive. You can only leave a message at the phone number they provide, they never answer their messages (indeed, I don’t think they even listen to them), and they send texts and emails without a way to respond to them.

After having watched some of their 5 ton drivers over the last few months on the highway there is no way I would call this company to move my stuff safely. Yesterday specifically where I watched one tailgate somebody who wouldn't move out of the way fast enough just out of Nanaimo and then watch him disappear as he sped away even though the rest of us were already doing 10 to 15 km an hour over the speed limit. They had a giant truck blocking the entire road, sidewalk, AND parking garage and when I asked them to not park their truck in the middle of the sidewalk so that I could get by with my stroller, the dude started yelling curses at me and told me to go around. They were also blocking a FIRE HYDRANT!! Definitely the most unprofessional moving company I have ever dealt with.
