my boat was stolen from there at 7:00 P.m. Saturday night. I was not notified by management until Monday morning when I went there at 10 AM to check on one of my other storage units and see the police there and them fixing the gate that they left open and unlocked the entire weekend so other tenants property was not secure.
I have been a customer for over two years with multiple units and used to recommend Viera Storage to anyone who asked. That all changed today when I needed to rent an additional unit (I now have 4) and the new Property Manager decided to charge me the new "Street Rate" instead of treating me like a valued current customer and at least offering to match my current prices for the same size units I already occupy.
We have been renting our air-conditioned unit since June 2021. This summer the AC stopped working and nothing is being done. The two managers are friendly, but apparently the owner of the facility refuses to have the AC repaired. We will move our stuff elsewhere, if the AC is not fixed. I wonder how many other owners who do not check their storage unit regularly do not even notice that the AC has not been working for several months.
Just called asked the gentleman about the website stating the first month rent free for a particular unit and he said no thats not right and just brushed me when when clearly it said that on the website. I hate crappy customer service. Not the only storage place ya know

I used Viera storage this summer and was able to get a air conditioned unit for a great price. The staff was helpful and friendly and the facility itself looks to be new. I used another storage facility a year ago because I did not know about this one; it was a national firm I found online, their prices were much higher, they did not have any Air condition units available, and the site was so large that I often could not find anyone to help or answer my questions.
I decided to look on line and can attest that all positive reviews of this place are on point. I met with Ms Heather Mann the facility manager and she explained everything in detail about the services they do provide. I made a reservation on line for today and upon arrival at the facility Ms Mann greeted me and diligently process my application. The facility is well kept, organized, and definitely provide class A Customer Service. Ms Mann is an asset to yours and any organization.
Best storage company hands down. I store my boat here. Not only do they have the best prices (less than half of what I paid at my last place), but I felt the good vibes from the second I stepped in. The area has great security, and one of my favorite little perks is the water hose with the attachment. This is convenient for me as a boat owner, because I can spray off my boat there before and after each use.
