The rating breakdown
Google shows 12 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 11 | 91.7% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 8.3% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 7 four and five star reviews we have read for Village Storage. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
I started using Village Storage last year and I recommend them for anyone needing storage space. They have all been so kind and professional and their storage units are clean and so spacious!
Rented a 20' container, placed perfectly on site, clean, and ready to use. Prompt pick up. Would highly recommend and will use again.
Jeff at Village Storage is very helpful and kind. He greets you with an amazing smile and you feel like you have been life long friends. I trust his storage facility with my property and he charges fair rates. Please consider Village Storage if you need a shipping container at your property or storage at his facility!!!
Had a painless experience with no hidden charges. Reasonably priced. Shannon was very helpful. Highly recommended. If things change I'll let you know. 👍👏😁 …
