The rating breakdown
1 of the 43 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Virginia Varsity Storage are one or two star.
Worked out from 43 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
My husband and I rented several units at VA VarsityPark, and the overall experience was outstanding. The on-site management were totally competent, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly; they deserve many kudos for a job continually well done! Plus, the new facility is truly phenomenal- super clean, excellent lighting, and unbelievable amenities in a perfect location. VA Varsity knocked it out of the park on this facility; if I ever need additional storage again, there is only one number for me to dial- VA Varsity.
Thank you for your kind words about our team and facility! We truly wanted to provide the best for our amazing customers, and we're glad you were able to experience that! We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again!
This facility checks all the boxes. Climate controlled, clean, well lit, adequately wide hall ways with room to turn the corners when using the carts, excellent customer service and good location. I have used other facilities (out of state) and found that they did not measure up to V.V. I could not be more pleased with this facility or the service. Footnote: Virginia Varsity movers do a good job as well. The crews I have worked with take care of both the furniture and the residence.
We're glad to hear that you were pleased with your storage services - and moving services! Thank you for trusting us with your items, and for taking the time to share about our facility, our team, and your experience with us. We hope to serve you again!
Virginia Varsity was one of the best parts of our cross-country transition this summer and fall. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The facility is super clean and accessible. They provide dollies and other equipment that is all well maintained. I’m grateful for their customer support and I felt confident that our possessions were in good hands during the three months that we stored our things there..
Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience with Virginia Varsity! We're glad that we were able to make your transition smoother! We wish you the best!
I never thought I would have a strong opinion about storage facilities, but now that I have had to use one, I do! Virginia varsity storage is wonderful! It is a great, clean facility. The staff is so accommodating and helpful. The facility is easy to access. We had to store the contents of our home for almost a year and we are so please!
We're so glad that you had a good experience and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again! All the best!
