So today I use this company to move my things from a 2bedroom apartment (upstairs) in which I was quoted a price in which was $100 more than they charged me 6months ago. First Time I had everything broken down and staged in the living room this time same scenario except one room. First move had 3guys right at about 2 hours this time 4 guys barely moving more standing and talking than moving.

Will *NOT* recommend this company to any family or friends and have informed my realtor of the same. Staff was not professional. Complained about the amount of boxes and items to move the entire time while walking through either location. While walking through new location, 2 employees reeked of marijuana and asked both of them who is smoking weed. Both declined they were and as if magic - the undeniable scent ceased.

I only had 10 items moved. My couch was only 2 years old and sat unused in a formal living room. It now has a broken leg, a second leg cracked and a scratch on the back because they forced it through the doorway in my new house. One dresser also has a leg broken off and after putting the drawers back in found 2 had been forced out and a plastic that holds the sides of 2 drawers were also broken. They also damaged the flashing below the front door. I will not recommend them to anyone.

I will start this review to say I have used this company several times in last 20 years and have always referred other people to them as well because they we're reasonable, fast and efficient, however, this time that was far from the case. I only budgeted for 2 hours because I was not moving far and only had 3 rooms of furniture. My last move (different moving co) with exact same furniture took less than 2 hours with 3 men. There was a lot of standing around, looking at phone, complaining, etc.

I have used this company before for small jobs and have been satisfied. I called them to move me from my current house to my new house. They gave me a quote which was fine but when I asked them for proof of insurance, they gave me the runaround and then gave me their auto insurance policy. I explained to them that if they did not have insurance to cover damage that I could not use them. They said that’s all they had so I had to cancel the move with them. I had another small job that I called them about today.

Came twice to accomplish moving into a pod. The 1st time didn’t send enough help. Second time workers scratched freshly painted door trying to get item of furniture out before they decided they needed to take off the door, said they would rope off packing and did not, agreed to pack tightly so we could Continue to add more things, they did not. They strung all items loosely packed in up to the end of platform at door opening. There wasn’t any room left for us to add more items.

Make sure you know all the details BEFORE you hire. I was NOT aware that you are being charged from the time they leave the business and not when they arrive at your home. Also, not sure why if they extend 10 minutes after an hour they charge you for the extra 20 minutes to make an even half hour. The 2 guys were VERY friendly but did NOT have the manpower to do the job in a timely manor. Took 5 1/2 hours with only 2 people until another young kid showed up to help.

This company damage a $100 T.V. and lied about it. Will never ever used this moving company. Wrong, I saw you unload my TV from my car and there was no damage on the TV when I put it in the car. Do not believe the owner of this company. They also kept changing their story, first they say it was somebody else now they are saying nobody. I have a witness. Don't believe the owner. I put the TV in a way where it couldn't get damage at all. So who is to blame? Me or this company. I say the company is to blame.
