After reading the positive reviews (the veracity of which I don’t doubt), I can only say I had a TOTALLY OPPOSITE/ NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. If 0* was an option, I would select it. I literally have PTSD from my June 2024 intrastate move from TX to ND starting with the load day no-show to the delivery being 10 days AFTER the week-long delivery window.
I'm not normally one to write negative reviews, but I've been very frustrated so far working with Ward. My partner has used them in the past and spoke highly of them, so we decided to use them for our upcoming move. One of the agents did a "virtual tour" of my house and belongings a week ago, but I have yet to hear back from them with an estimate (which we were supposed to have the day after the tour so we could schedule). I've left multiple messages and sent several emails and haven't heard any response.

After a lot of promises of excellence from the salesman, we had an atrocious time getting any communication from this company. We moved from Houston out of state and contracted with WNA based on the "assurances" of the company on their level of customer service. That was a joke. Getting answers to simple questions was time consuming. Ensuring that our furniture was wrapped properly was aggravating.
First Ward North American never showed for an estimate. Then I was transferred to five people before connecting with my coordinator. Finally, I was informed the company was booked and could not complete the move prior to the time I requested when initially scheduling the estimate. Two weeks wasted.
They destroyed a curio and paid me the minimum amount for replacement. I asked for them to come and get it since they busted it and today here it sits. Been here for over two months! I’m thoroughly disgusted by this company
Don't do business with Ward North American! They moved me from Louisiana to Georgia. This was my 3rd corporate move but with a different company. I have never had such a negative experience before. …

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend the packing team (Crew leader Marivel and her crew Maria, G man and Monica) enough! From the very first interaction to the completion of our packing day, the entire experience exceeded every expectation so far. The packing crew arrived on time, was incredibly professional, courteous, and worked nonstop. They treated every item in our home with exceptional care, carefully wrapping and protecting everything as if it were their own.
I used Ward North American for my move from Texas to Louisiana. Nekobe and Elvis were both of the movers who worked with my load. They were timely and worked diligently to make sure my items were packed and safely transported to the truck. Nekobe and Elvis worked extremely hard and maintained a positive attitude throughout the moving and packing process. My items were delivered 2 days later (which was sooner than expected) in LA by Elvis and another mover. Unfortunately I forgot his name but he was also great.
We were moving from Houston Texas to Olympia WA after retirement to live by our grandchildren. We had never moved more than couple blocks within our City of Spring Valley Village over our 33 year marriage. So the thought of moving across the entire country was daunting. Plus we had two large dogs that had never ridden in our car more than a couple of miles each year for vet check ups. We had four companies bid this move.
I recently moved from Arizona to Texas, and I had an amazing experience with Ward North American moving company. A special shoutout to Nekobe, Javan, and Marcos - they were incredibly professional and were awesome to work with. They were friendly, patient, and careful with my stuff. They didn't just drop everything off and leave. They made sure every item was accounted for, brought everything to the correct room, and kept checking with me to make sure things were exactly where I wanted them.
