Back in 2017 I called this moving company and the person I worked with was kind and incredible. However this is house # 9 moving and I have now called three times, left messages and even submitted the online form with the calculator and no response. I finally was able to reach the office and they did not seem like they wanted my business. I was event told "we are very busy"...everyone is busy including me.
Says I booked moving with them, charged my card for 115 dollars, the women I talked to was VERY rude, I mean VERY rude. Never sent me a receipt for anything. Calls me day before to confirm move which I have no proof that I even scheduled with them. She said you don’t get your money back and hung up on me. We have used them in the past but will NEVER use them again!
I was genuinely excited to have found movers that met my budget, Jill was even great with answering my questions and I felt assured. Then moving day happened. The movers that were there to help, be it courteous enough, didn't understand that I was on budget, and there was a slight language barrier. The 2 movers were slow, what has taken other companies 3 to 4 hours to do, was done in 6 and then some. I was deeply upset and a phone call was made to the company about the experience.
Submitted a detailed spreadsheet for my quote. Was told there would be three men and it would take around 4 hours. 2 guys showed up and just repeated in horrible English "not possible in 4 hours". I then asked them to get started and just do what they could in the 4 hours, they told me they needed to phone the office and drove off. When I was finally able to reach someone in the office, I was told that she couldn't control the movers.

Warriors moving was tremendous. They completed a small job for me for a reasonable price that many other companies I called weren’t willing to do or presented astronomical estimates. Warriors was extremely punctual, professional, and efficient.
This company moved us from Bremerton, WA to Oak Harbor, WA about a year ago and I realized I forgot to leave a review. They are the BEST movers I’ve ever had. They were kind efficient and got everything done quickly. All our stuff was in perfect condition. Great communication on the long drive and issues at all.
We had a great experience working with warrior moving, they were kind, professional, and worked fast and carefully. They had a lot of knowledge about taking apart and putting together furniture and the price was fair, exactly what was quoted on the phone.
Warriors Moving were awesome. In fact, they were my best movers of all the ones I used in the past. They were fast and efficient. They made sure my items were safely handled and moved to next location. It was not easy moving from a regular apartment with just one flight of stairs to a studio apartment with an elevator! Great job! Will use again in the future if needed.
