Corey and Josh were on time, professional and moved some heavy furniture quickly and carefully. I'll recommend them to others and will use their services if the need arises.
They are very professional movers, on time, very reasonable price, and with good communication by texting messages or email.
***NOT A REAL 5*** I'm giving them a 5 bc I don't want to mess up their perfect score but this was a 2 or 3 star experience. They seemed very inexperienced, a bit unprofessional, late, disorganized- won't use again. I had a delivery from one house to another at 2, They called to tell me they got done with their last job and were available at 1 but unfortunately I wasn't able to do it any earlier than 2. They made it at 216 pm after I told them I had to be at work at 240.
Yea my people skills are shot this is true I have trouble looking at people /talking to people because my anxiety. But an estimate is just an estimate . It took 1 hr longer so u paid for 1 hour more. Our prices are on the website.
Honestly, Waterman Moving gave me the absolute best moving experience I have ever had. I was leaving a volatile living situation. The guys were professional, caring with my belongings, and very fast! They had me packed in their truck and out of the old place in under 45 minutes. My new property manager also screwed me over. I was supposed to be moving into a lower unit (I am disabled) but they switched me to an upper unit without notifying me. I found out the day before the move. Waterman didn't bat an eye.
