The rating breakdown
Google shows 12 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 12 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Excellent service from John. We now have someone to keep our piano tuned. Easy to schedule and John was prompt and on time. He really worked on our Grand that had not been tuned for a very long time, very professional. Thank you.
It was my pleasure! I love that Kawai!!
John did a great job tuning our Kimball Piano. It had not been tuned in years and now it sounds perfect! John was responsive in all communication and his prices are fair. I recommend him to anyone looking for piano services.
John worked my husband’s grandmother into his schedule in a timely manner. He kept me updated the whole time. He did a wonderful job. Most of all, he was very kind and professional. Highly recommend!
Thank you for the review. It was a pleasure bringing the piano back to life.
