In their own words
Items broken, did not start or finish on time, quoted a maximum amount and final cost was $500 over. Were not careful with anything and had to share a “cigarette” multiple times.
Didn’t show or return calls. Shane sounded great on the phone. He seemed knowledgeable. I had a very time sensitive move. He did show up - but, they had to run to another job. He said they would return. He pushed the return time back a couple of times and ultimately, They did not come back. I called and no answer or call back. I did get a curt message after a call saying “ I am on the other line, I will call you back as soon as possible!”. I did not get a call back.
So lazy they blocked the whole road so they wouldn’t have to carry the boxes an extra 20 feet to where there is plenty of curb parking for the massive truck. Extremely unprofessional and won’t be getting any other jobs in this neighborhood!
Be very cautious if you use this moving company. The owner has a great sales pitch but be aware of what really happens. The packers move at a snails pace, take frequent breaks, smoking (not just cigarettes) and talking. This adds up to more hours of packing and increased costs. Many items were left in cabinets after packers left. We had to pack many things ourselves to help them finish. The trucks are then packed so tightly, furniture rubs against other furniture, scratches and dents occur.

Way2EZ Movers did a job for me 10/01/24. They charged me $765 and damaged several pieces of new furniture which included completely braking off the door on my $900 entertainment center they were dishonest and did not tell me. Please don’t use this company if you need to move. I attached pictures of some of the damaged furniture.

They came in and packed whole household and took to a storage unit. As we’ve been unpacking we have found small items by themselves in big boxes. Since they charge per box this added up pretty quick. Other extra large boxes would have …

Way2EZ movers delivered from Grand Warehouse. Was impressed with service and hired for local move. Very accommodating as our move was completed in two days (a week apart per our request). They returned to install new washer and dryer! Plus hauled items to landfill. All at a very reasonable price. Thank you!!!
Shane and his crew did an amazing job! They moved me from the Roanoke area to Pittsburgh, PA. Didn’t take them very long, I had quite a bit of stuff. A couple hours to move my stuff out and about the same to move in. Shane is a straight up guy, the process went exactly how he said it would. All my stuff was intact. He was even kind of enough to go to another location to get a piece of my furniture. Definitely recommend their service for anyone looking to move!
