This was the worst moving experience of my life-and I’ve moved a lot of times and cross country several times. Staff unprofessional-ordered food to my apt during the job and left their trash. Only one mover showed up to deliver boxes and he tried to hire someone using Craig’s list to help without my permission. One item damaged, which I can understand, but they lost a large box and part of my bed, and had no explanation as to what happened to those items. I’ve never had a mover lose a box.

Horrible would not even describe our experience with this so called company. This is a joke of a company. Agree with the other review - this is a scam! They try to hold your processions hostage until you pay extra, as well as charge extra to start your move. We had to threaten to call the police to have them complete the unload at 2:00 am. What type movers show up at that time of the day ? The estimates are a joke and expect to pay $ thousands of dollars more than the estimate.

These movers was given my contract by an agent (nationwide moving solutions). Movers had delayed pickup twice claiming that I did not answer my phone call from the driver when no one called and ended up cancelling pick up. Second attempt for pickup they said they ran behind on another job. Delivery was not quick. On pick up they asked what day I want my stuff to be delivered, needless to say they did not honor those given date just like they did not honor the pick up dates either.

Absolutely the worst moving experience from start to finish, having moved 9 times including 4 overseas locations throughout my military career, this company could not have been worse if they did nothing! Paid over $16K for a move from MD to NV, and had more damage than my 9 previous moves combined, and with all of the paperwork that you sign prior to the move, they only pay you 60 cents per pound for damaged items, unless you paid for additional coverage! Avoid this company at all costs.

Missing and broken items. Left a mess in my house! Didn't even take everything they were supposed to. Then those items weren't delivered or were delivered broken. My biggest issue is my TV. No response. Will start legal action Monday 5.11.26

If I could select ZERO stars, I would. They are a horrible, HORRIBLE organization and Crooks! Showed up in a truck with other people items on there and SHOVED our stuff in there, promising that they could make it all fit. A complete house, into a 26’ moving truck! They offloaded our items and put on another truck to deliver with. The loaders did good with following directions, but whoever the people were who offloaded OBVIOUSLY do not care.

We used this company because had limited time, international travels, other restrictions and limited options at the time, what a mistake we did! They have good sales people but they use local contractors to do the wrapping, carrying, unpacking etc. and it was a disaster. First of all of, although they came an gave a price and confirmed that our stuff would be less than the space used to give the quote in the day of moving, they wanted to charge 20% more ($~1,800) because they horrible placed the stuff in the truck…

Finally got most of my stuff on Sunday, July 17th, nearly 2 weeks after the initial pickup on July 3rd for a move from Virginia to Boston. Had booked through International Van Lines but my job was subcontracted without my knowledge to this company at pickup date, and I certainly wouldn't have booked this if I knew there was a chance that I would have to deal with this company and not the one I contracted through.
