We Get It Done Movers

The team helped us move quickly and efficiently, however, they were an hour late and two very expensive items were taken by one of the movers. In attempts to communicate with the company what the steps were to file or report the missing/stolen items, I was told that they simply asked all the movers if they took the items and they said “no”. …No kidding. After a few other attempts to contact the company, I never got a single response and have seemingly been ghosted by the company. This is very unprofessional.

They showed up 2 hours late. They damaged a lot of my furniture and my hardwood floors. Pictures have been sent to the boss multiple times and he has yet to contact me about a refund. Do not use this business.

My husband and I hired we get it done Movers LLC to move our restaurant equipment 5 minutes down the road. They gave me a quote from almost $900, which $448 of it had to be paid beforehand. The day they were supposed to show up.They were supposed to show up with 4 guys truck with a lift gate and tools. We hired what we thought were professionals because we really wanted the equipment to get moved without damage.

I do not recommend. I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. I had hired them to help me with packing and unpacking my belongings for a move. To start with the positives, I thought the young men were very nice and friendly. Sadly, that’s all the nice things I can say. It was clear that while they were very cordial - they were also very new and inexperienced. When they arrived, it was Jeff and a young man.

This company quoted me $800. Ended up costing almost $1600. They rent a uHaul. Not even upset about that. What I am upset about is I had the entire interior of my home painted before moving in (just purchased it). The team of 4 men ruined my paint in many places. I sent texts and pictures with no response for over 2 weeks now. I only wanted compensation for the damages and for them to cover the cost to repair and repaint what was damaged. They refused to respond to my attempts communication.

Paid $165/hour for three packers that the owner admitted had never done a packing job before. The three packers dumped all of our belongings into boxes with no organization behind anything, didn’t label a single box and smoked marijuana in our sunroom. We ended up stopping the pack 2/3 hours in so that we could Properly pack and label our own belongings. Owner took no accountability and tried forcing us to agree to allow the same three packers to continue and “fix their mistake”.

I paid this business to help us move locations. We had office supplies, training equipment and some rubber flooring to move. His team of movers showed up baked and reaking of pot. I had to essentially do all of the organization and manage a group of grown men who the owner Jeff referred to as “professional movers” myself. He admittedly sent no manager or leader to the job so that made things much less organized. They left our belongings in shambles. They didn’t pack any boxes with organization or reason.

Would not say what sort they were from. So asked if they were local. He said where are you from I said Syracuse. He said we are from Syracuse. I asked do you guys 1099 this out or are you local? He said we are from Syracuse. I said okay but do you have headquarters somewhere? He said yea but I don’t like the tone of this conversation. Okay. NEXT.
