The movers were incompetent and showed up unprepared. They didn’t have rope to tie things down or tools to assemble and disassemble furniture. The mover that James assigned to be the lead for my job offered insurance but didn’t actually understand the product even after James explained it to him over the phone. After I signed the paperwork to get damage coverage, the employee called James multiple times to ask next steps and James never answered so I told them to the go ahead with the job.
This company don't know the meaning of moving someone properties they break things, they left some items that were suppose to be on the truck and I believe they over charged the items plus they using immature young guys that don't know how to move someone properties. They not very careful and they takes all day to move you and they stop for break as well when they suppose to wait until they finish it took me all day to move because of we-haul. Never use them again not reliable.
We had recently used this company to move. Everything seemed great at first but then it went down hill. It took 11 hours for them to load and unload our 2 bedroom house. We got charged an extra $400. I had all boxes labeled and was telling …

We recently used We Haul for a local move on March 20, 2026, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Booking was a breeze with Rob and the crew, Dave and Carl arrived exactly on time and worked incredibly hard to quickly load and unload all of our belongings. They were professional, friendly and polite. Everything arrived at our new place in perfect condition. What really stood out was their transparency; the final price was exactly what they quoted us initially.

EXCELLENT moving company! We hired them to move a large 300lb vanity upstairs for us. Not an easy move at all, but Raul & Josh did a wonderful job! Excellent Warranty Replacement Service - 5 Stars I recently received a warranty replacement for my Nectar Ultra mattress after the original delivery arrived damaged. I'm thoroughly impressed with how smoothly the entire replacement process went. The delivery team, Josh and Dave, were absolutely fantastic - professional, fast, and efficient from start to finish. They handled the mattress with care, completed the installation quickly, and removed the damaged mattress without any hassle.
