I DO NOT RECOMMEND! OUT OF LAZINESS AND BEING UNPREPARED, STACKED 2 TVS IN 1 BOX. ARRIVED BROKEN AND THEY DENIED RESPONSIBILITY. CHRIS IGNORED MY CALLS DURING THE CLAIMS AND COULD ONLY GET A HOLD OF HIM USING OTHER PHONES. MONITOR ALL PACKING AND IMMEDIATELY INSPECT FOR DAMAGES PRIOR TO PAYMENT. Chris and his team were quick to help my pregnant wife and I to relocate.

If possible, I would not even give this company one star! I hired them to be here on Friday, but an hour before the scheduled arrival time, Chris texted to say that they were not going to make it. We rescheduled for Saturday morning. My husband and I waited for them and attempted calling and texting when they did not arrive.

I scheduled them a week ahead of time and they left me hanging. The day of the move I was there waiting and they never showed up. When I reached out to see what the deal was I got a response 45 minutes after the scheduled move time just to be told they had to reschedule. Very unprofessional
Marcos I apologize for your experience with our moving team. Unfortunately, the weather played an intricate part in our rescheduling. We apologize for your misunderstanding.
Taking them to court over $4,000 broken TV they now refuse to pay after telling us they would pay us back for it. This is kind of disheartening to write, because we have used them before and the actual movers were nice people. However, they are just not very efficient at packing nor did they pack our high valued electronics well. Recently we made a big move to OKC. The way they packed our trailer ended up costing us a lot more than it should have because it was not packed efficiently.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. First I had reserved them to help me un pack my 26' uhaul and had multiple phone conversations with Chris to confirm and had text confirmation as well of time for them to arrive, address, and rate. At time they were supposed to be there I had to call and get update to find they needed to push 2hrs to make it.

I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but if it helps others protect themselves during major life events, then it's worth doing. My parents who are senior citizens schedule a move July 8th to move out of their home on the July 30th. They had to be out the day of the scheduled move. This company was supposed to be there at 2:00. Stayed in contact with this company up until the scheduled time. They did not show up! This company left my 70 year old parents in a horrible situation. Very sad to do people this way.

Cortney and Marcus loaded a moving pod for me and did major damage to several items. Chris is unwilling to take any responsibility for the damages. They ruined my sofa, lazy boy chair, a dresser and an entrainment stand. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Very poor

We R Movers are the best in town with their prices. I called around town and again they gave me a good price with me giving details of what I wanted to move. Communication is on point with scheduling and the day of moving they were informative when they will arrive and gave me a heads up they may be late due to another move. Once they arrived to my place they were careful but moved so fast in loading items to the moving truck. They also offered to add more items that I didnt mention during the quote.

Okay wait—I genuinely did not expect one person to carry my entire move like that in like two hours 😭 He was super friendly right off the bat, like instantly made me feel less stressed and awkward about the whole thing. And somehow he just… handled everything?? Like things I didn’t even know movers were supposed to do—he figured it out, fixed little issues, moved stuff exactly where I needed it without me having to over-explain, and just made the whole process feel so easy.
I needed help moving a large item locally which I realize may not be a priority for most moving companies. Chris gave me his word that he would fit me in and he honored it. It was a after a fully scheduled day and he made time to move the item for me. He showed up personally before his crew got there to prep the item. Chris and his team were very professional and friendly, operating with integrity and care. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend We-R-Movers.
