Google shows 13 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.

In their own words
Bad weather caused floods & Flooded several storage units. The flood ruined most, all of my furniture I had stored. I also had pictures that were in a cedar storage chest, they were unsalvageable. My storage literally had feet of water that flooded & when I retired from out of state there was still water left standing. They also didn't offer any replacement of my belongings. It was almost a complete loss of all my items including clothes, furniture & keepsakes.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.
