DO NOT LET THEM HANDLE YOUR FRAGILE ITEMS!!! My mom bought us collectible baking dishes. One of the movers (Not Jerry) broke the handle on the box and dropped the box causing this break. I was told by Ruben that little plastic wine stopper in the corner was under it causing the break. I packed everything myself and no it was not under it. No amount of bubble wrap can protect it if the box is dropped.
I had them out to an in-city move and they did it, but they broke a drawer of an antique and said they would fix it. I gave them 3 months to fix it and they played me saying they would fix it and never did, very frustrating that they lied and did do what they said can’t be trusted. Follow up to there response I find it very interesting that it took you 6 months to respond. You did wrap the chest, but the drawer was not wrapped in anything.
We apologize that you think we were responsible for something that was already unglued. We never broke anything. It was the guide that the drawer sat on. We wrapped the chest of drawers and protected it, we never opened the drawers to see if the guides were set or not.
Did a nice job packing and moving. Quality employees. Only issue is what was promised verbally was not completed. Ruben (owner) stated they would place the furniture, hang pictures etc. once unpacked, and they were paid in cash, we were left to do the furniture moving on own even after verbal reassurance that they would complete what was discussed. Overall very competent employees but poor follow through on verbal commitments. I value verbal commitments as equal to a written contract.

I spent 30 years in the military and know what stress moving can cause. White Glove Moving Services is an "Outstanding" company. They were on time, flexible, careful, affordable and professional. My move was interstate (1000 miles) and everything made it to my destination without any damage or loss. I give White Glove my highest recommendation. Don't hesitate. You've found your moving company. They are a wonderful, hard working crew run by a great family.
White Glove just worked. Their movers were responsive, thoughtful and caring. They had no problem delivering to the new home and storage and worked into the night to get everything done including assembly of bed and placement of furniture into the best room design. Friendly crew.

I would give this company six stars if I could! We did an out of state move from NM to CO. The estimator was timely and supplied me with an accurate estimate that they did not exceed - they even gave me a "pre-quote" over the phone since we were not in the sate (which beat out all the other companies). We had some issues with our closing date and unexpectedly had to push back the moving date which was not ideal and stressful!
