I had booked them for only a total of 2 hours moving time. Around 14 things, super easy right? It was done in an hour, but one guy decided to hulk my 55 inch Samsung Tv up to the second floor. He was squeezing from left side to right side of the tv. An hour later in the right light, I could see my screen was all cracked. The left side from where his hand was. Moral of this story is to MOVE YOUR OWN TV! I’ve moved it for years with two people and it’s been fine.
Thank you Lauren. Unfortunately this review is not accurate at all. I was very responsive to you. Your tv is 13 years old. You agreed to $100 for compensation. Sorry that your feel so poorly with the moving service that was provided.
My husband, jay and I have used u guys for many moves. You moved my ex husband out of our home and I had you scheduled to my stuff out of our home a few day later . You did not show nor when I called you did you call me back to arrange another day. My daughter and I had to move our own stuff out becaused we closed just 3 days later . My daughter fell over A umbrella stand on our patio and got a horrible TBI and had to be intubated from our yard to the ambulance .

I would highly recommend Whitewater Moving to anybody looking for movers in the Treasure Valley area. Justin was extremely responsive when setting up an appointment and he and his team arrived on time and ready to work on the day of the move. During the initial walkthrough they were attentive to requests and clarified details as needed, and both Justin and Chris were friendly and easy to work with.
UPDATE: We completed the second part of our move with Whitewater Moving.Once again, Justin and Chris set a high bar. All of our belongings were carefully handled, stowed, and transported. The team takes great care to protect floors, walls, and doors of the home. To give a specific example, every time they moved a piece of furniture into our home with newly refinished hardwood floors Justin paused to ask if felt pads were needed. How many movers will pay attention to that level of detail!

It’s hard to find exceptional customer service these days, but Justin and his team consistently go above and beyond. They are always on time, communicate clearly throughout the entire moving process, and are experienced, professional, and incredibly careful with our belongings. Every move has been stress-free because we know we are in good hands.

By far the best movers I’ve ever used! Cannot recommend them enough! I’ve used several moving companies and have never been so impressed. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and they went above and beyond what I was used to and expecting. Fast and extremely efficient. Arrived prepared and on time. Very professional and respectful. Super friendly, personable and considerate. They took excellent care of all my belongings, as well as conscientious of walls and not doing any damage to house.
