We were very pleased with the move of our full size grand piano from our old home to our new home here in Winfield. The moving team (Isaiah, Josh, John & Noah) were knowledgeable, efficient, careful, and courteous. They took care of details to assure it was placed perfectly and pointed out a few maintenance items we were not aware of. Rebecca handled the scheduling and cost estimate professionally; on the day of the move, she kept us informed of the ETA for the team so we could plan our own schedule.

From start to finish service was excellent. The person I made my appointment with responded to my inquiry almost immediately and had me scheduled in about a weeks time. The service tech was on time friendly and did a great job and my piano sounds wonderful. He also fixed my pedals after a screw in the inner workings got bent in the moving process to our new house. The price is worth the service I received! Thank you, Wichita Piano Service!

Wichita Piano Services recently delivered our new piano to our home while also taking our old piano to the dealer for trade. The switch was seamless, handled with knowledge and care for our home as well as the instruments. Gary Telleen, our piano tech from Wichita Piano for years, just gave our new piano its first setup and tuning in our home. We place a lot of confidence in his knowledge of pianos with good reason. Our new piano not only looks great, it sounds amazing. Very pleased.
