In their own words
Two individuals showed up on time and worked hard for 8 hours. Major problems is when they did their work. Gouged holes in hardwood floors with dolly. Did not put blankets around couches to keep dirt from items that were packed on top of them. All mattresses and bed springs were packed directly on truck floor with no blankets underneath. All were dirty at end of move. Some mattresses were damaged. Couple of tables were badly scratched for lack of blankets packed around them.
The crew said you were pushing them on time so they cut corners. I fired them.
Rick told me he was available asked me some questions about the move. He texted me the next day and said he was now "unavailable" due to the fact that I would be out of town and had someone else oversee the process and payment. Very unprofessional and lack of effort on his part.
You need a Baby Sitter. Not a Mover.

Rick was professional, responsive to all questions, confirmed scheduling and offers extremely fair pricing. The movers/labor providers (ace &ryan)were very hard working, professional and were willing to assist us with extra tasks that needed to be done. We will be using this company for all our future moving/labor needs. Highly recommend!

We were very impressed with Williamsburg Movers and recommend them highly. Jason and Bob picked up the U-Haul Van and arrived at our place around 9:30, loaded the truck in about 2 hours, and drove to Lynchburg, VA where they unloaded the van. They were extremely professional, efficient, careful with our belongings, and did not scratch the walls. They really knew what they were doing! It was the best money we ever spent, resulting in an easy move with no hassle nor anxiety. And their prices were very reasonable.

Excellent service! Rick and Pam have put together a phenomenal team of movers. They were professional, courteous, and got the job done! They are exactly how they advertise themselves. I needed help moving the heaviest and most awkward furniture pieces from one housing unit to another (along with some heavy boxes that I had prepacked). They also careful covered pieces that could easily get stained like my large white sectional.
