In their own words
Movers showed up 3 1/2 hours late. The 2 men did not work well together. They did not do everything at my old house as promised. They broke a power cord and lost 2 on my craftmatic bed that no longer works, did damage at my new home and were so tired and worried about mosquitoes that boxes, though marked were just dropped in garage. The owner will do nothing about the damage they caused. Sorry I went with the cheaper moving company. Instead they cost me much more. I Do Not recomend!!
Customer changed the moving date last minute and we did what we could to accommodate. However the day she chose was already a busy day. Also I would gladly help with any fixes needed but so far they never got back with me about the power cord.
Zero time management, extremely rude on the phone, terribly late and almost no communication when running behind. Overall you are better off having the drunks at the local bar move your things, they will be more professional than this hack!
Jeremy was a really rude customer that used profanity, made threats and demanded that $100 be returned to him for a broken mirror. I refused and replaced the mirror for $25. He wasn't even present during the move. He's the only customer in 18 years to leave this type of review.
It started off fast and well.within hours the workers had half the house packed, I bought them lunch and had a line of drinks, and then the laziness started, they became careless and began throwing stuff in the truck and literally squeezing boxes to their capacity. And hours later, they up and left with no reason. We had a house full of boxes and items that never made it to the truck..we got stuck and had to order a second truck . Again the rush was onto shove our goods into the truck.
Furniture was just dropped off in living room, without staff asking what room it needed to be placed. Some furniture needed to be placed in bedroom and it was very heavy to move independently. We ordered a bed and it came with 2 headboard sets instead of a headboard and footboard set. We are missing the footboard set still and can’t even put the bed together. Furniture dropped off in living room quickly and left. 1 star do not recommend.
Sorry for the miscommunication. It wouldn't have been a problem placing your bedroom set wherever you wanted it. When you mentioned putting it in the room the husband said he was going to do it.
If I could give zero I would. I used them to move. I thought they did a decent job until I kept finding thing’s missing. I was going to let it go BUT here I am months later unboxing seasonal items and I find a very personal sentimental box …

This guy came up with his own estimate of how long it should take. He said it should only take 2 guys 8 hrs. How can 2 or even 3 movers move a 2 story, 5 bedroom house with 2 truck loads and 2 different stops in 8 hours? Not to mention a total 3 hrs of travel time round trip.
When I went to the Big Lots to buy my recliner I asked if I needed to pay anything at the delivery, I was told no. Then today when they came to deliver my furniture they said it was 60$ I asked them why and they answer with an attitude …
We can't do jobs for free. That's not how business works. I have to pay my guys for making those deliveries.
