We had the most HORRIBLE experience with this moving company. We will NEVER use them again or EVER recommend them to anyone. To summarize: - The movers showed up with a standard U-Haul truck. We assumed they would be coming with their own large company truck. They made us rent another U-Haul truck to fit our stuff! - We were originally quoted 6-8 hours and it took TWELVE entire hours to move our stuff and they charged us hourly!!!

I had the worst experience. I was crying at the end. Avoid at all costs! The woman on a phone was super rude. They showed up without an official confirmation and I was surprised. The broke the nightstands mirror and quoted me 968$ for only furniture of one bedroom and moving 5 miles. They told me I had to get a quote on a broken nightstand and just ignored me for two months and on a phone told me (Oh you have to take to the owner and she is busy, we will call you back) Obviously nobody called me back and I don’t…

I'll never forgive this company for their movers' theft of my class ring and some other jewelry when I moved six years ago. Shame on me for missing the box the items were in and allowing the moving team the opportunity. But after I filed the complaint, management didn't disclose to the sheriff's investigators that they'd just fired a member of my moving team for theft until a month later. If law enforcement had known sooner maybe some of my things could've been recovered.

I filled out an online questionnaire on the company’s website and was emailed with a quote of $375/3 hr with two movers . In my online form I stated i was moving from an apartment on the 3rd floor to a house . I also requested packing service and disassembly and reassembly service as well . On Friday the movers showed up unprepared. They had no boxes nor tools . Good thing I had a screw driver and had packed up 85% of my things already in effort to make the job easier for the workers.

Michelle was very nice on the phone every time we spoke and the 2 guys that did the moving were great. My first complaint is that they charge 7% for using a credit card! I understand small businesses passing on their credit card processing fees to customers, not saying I agree with it, but I understand it. What I don't understand is what credit card merchant charges 7%, in my experience, most charge 2% to 3 1/2%.

I moved from a 1/1 and hired 3 movers to get the job done quickly. I did have an elevator where I was moving from so a good amount of time was spent there but everything was fully packed with majority of small items and all clothing moved by myself. Overall the move took around 4 hours. I was quoted a couple hundred dollars less than the final bill sadly.

Do NOT let them move a piano! They dropped my upright piano face first on the concrete outside my apartment. They said they were equipped to move pianos yet they only showed up with 2 men and a small dolly (no straps). The piano rolled down a ramp and crashed into the ground. I will only use professional piano movers from here on out. I hate leaving bad reviews but I had to in this instance. The workers were nice guys, just not quality work unfortunately.

Was asked for a deposit even though websites states specially no deposit required. Then I had to cancel my move just an hour after booking and was denied the refund of my deposit, I was never told the deposit was non-refundable. Very rude and unprofessional when I called to speak about this. Do not recommend this company.
