Do NOT use them. Their reviews are good ... until you have damaged items. Movers argued on how to move my brand new $1800 dresser, dropped it and cracked the marble top. Larry said they were not responsible for replacing it. Don't they have insurance for this? Nope. I never got a contract or paperwork prior to the move so I never got to see their policies on damaged items yet they want me to accept this policy. I still have no paperwork. All they did was waive my 580 moving fee.
We were blamed for them not bringing a big enough truck to move our apartment, but no one asked how much stuff we had. We had a large two bedroom, with full furniture, not a college dorm or something. It was extremely unprofessionally handled. They also didn’t wrap my mattresses, and did not wear masks. The guys who moved my stuff were nice enough, but I felt overcharged, and lack of Covid-19 safety made me unhappy as well.
Movers will insist on wrapping everything in plastic wrap in order to add onto the hourly rate. Especially things that don't need to be wrapped in order to add on to the time. I had to argue with them multiple times to not wrap things like outdoors chairs. Despite this, they chose not to wrap the coffee table and damaged it unfortunately. It would be one thing if they took the extra time because they were so careful and everything arrived in the condition it left my original apartment in.
Not a good experience with the owner Larry. Be careful with switch and bait in his prices. He quoted one price and at the end tried to say he had made a “mistake” and needed more $$$$. I used them one year ago and completely different now. Ask for a contract or use another company not worth the headache.

My daughter recently completed an international move from Ontario, Canada, to Orlando, Florida, and the final step of getting her household belongings from the ABF warehouse to her two-level townhouse could have been extremely stressful.
