In their own words
I used Waters for my move in Feb-March. They seemed quite responsive and the pricing I was quoted seemed reasonable. I had all my belongings packed up and furniture broken down before they arrived. My appointment was at 10am, and the move was finished at 12:30pm. I was charged for three hours despite the move taking less than that, and they stopped for fuel/food. (which was roughly 20-30 mins) This was quite disappointing... Other than that they were very friendly, efficient, and safe.
Five very respectful young men showed up on time and used great care not to damage any of my items or the walls or floors on both ends! They work very well together and were very speedy while being careful! I really appreciated their attention to detail! I’d use them again but I’m really hoping to never move again!
If you need movers who can handle the big, the heavy, and the “how on earth are they going to get that down the stairs?” moments… WT Moving is it. We hired them to move a massive king-size solid wood bed with marble inlay, matching dresser and mirror from our upstairs bedroom down to the garage. These pieces are not just heavy, they’re seriously heavy and awkward, especially navigating a turning staircase and banister.
I used these guys for what is probably considered a smaller job. We were getting new carpet in our master bedroom and hired them to move that room into another room so the new carpet could be laid. MAN! This is the way to go. They were done in 15 minutes. Worked efficiently and quickly and did such a great job. Defintely will use them again.
